Musician composer producer
Marco Facchin is a Multi-Platinum-Award winning musician, composer and producer. He studied organ, harpsichord and composition in Verona, Boston, Amsterdam. While been active as a performer in the international Early Music scene, Marco pursued a parallel career as pop-rock producer and film-music composer. He has performed around the globe, and collaborated with different artists in multiple genres. Between 2014 and 2018 he received two Platinum- and five Gold-awards as producer and keyboardist for the rock band Frei.Wild. In 2011 he was nominated for the Hollywood Music in Media Awards. In 1997 he won the “Prix de la presse” at the International Bach Organ Competition in Lausanne.
As a composer he worked with Italian, German and Austrian Film-makers. He wrote soundtracks for more than 20 documentary films (RAI, Servus TV). In 2022 he wrote the music for the comedy “Joe der Film” (RAI/IDM). His compositions have been used in indie- international movies.
BACH BWV 988 Goldberg Variations
Together with the musicologist Andrew Talle (Northwestern Chicago, Harvard, Bach Archiv Leipzig) Marco Facchin did a documentary film on the Goldberg Variations. Of course he recorded the whole work too. Click on the video for the film and listen to the recording below.

Dangerous Encounters is an Italian Trio whose members are active in the international jazz and classical scene as session musicians, producers and composers.
